6. Learn (AI tutor) feature

Learn is a study support tool. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as official academic advice. You must not submit sensitive secrets (passwords, private keys, etc.) or illegal content.

7. Intellectual property

The website/app content, branding, and software are owned by the college or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, or third‑party outages may occur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the college is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance.
