  • Academic data (e.g. exams, marks, transcript details) that are displayed to the authenticated student.
  • Payment/fee information (e.g. control number, fee status, recent payments) for the authenticated student.
  • Device and technical data (e.g. push notification token, app version, basic logs for security and troubleshooting).
  • AI learning chat content (text and optional images) when you use the Learn feature in the mobile app. This content is sent to our server and then to our AI provider to generate a response.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide student services (profile, exams, marks, fee statements, notifications).
  • Securely authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Send important notifications (e.g. announcements, account/security alerts).
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Provide the Learn (AI tutor) feature when enabled.

3. AI learning feature

If you use Learn, your messages (and any attached image) are processed to generate a helpful study response. Do not submit passwords, financial secrets, or highly sensitive personal data in Learn.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only when necessary to:

  • Operate the services (e.g. third-party infrastructure, payment gateways, email/SMS/push providers).
  • Provide the Learn feature through an AI provider.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, or protect users and the college.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention

We retain data as required for academic administration, legal compliance, and service operation. Retention periods may vary by data type.

  • You can update certain profile fields in the mobile app.
  • You may request corrections through the college administration where required.
